Poster design for Indian Ensemble's production on the issue of Hunger. Its a fascinating story inter cutting between the food riots and a family torn apart by its repercussions. A long project which spanned over a year with collaborations from almost 5 nations who share similar stories of the apathy of the state and the sufferings of the individual as a resultant of the issues of hunger.

Barbeque Nation
Character Designs and Creatives for Barbeque Nation's Family campaign idea that the agency had pitched. This was a core branding exercise for us as we worked towards providing a uniform communication involving only these set of characters from our side. The campaign itself could not be put into execution for logistical issues from the client's end.
Barbeque Nation Family photo with a few iterations.
P.K Janaji in different avatars.
Young Aksar Ana.
The characters themselves went through several iterations post the first presentation with the DJ Rogan Josh donning a hat and letting go of his Rastafarian looks and Chini darling becoming more bold in her looks and her attire.
Creatives for a sea food festival involving the characters in the campaign.
Further illustrations for several other food festivals. The creatives itself was not completed as the character design campaign could not be taken forward.
Barbeque nation's Veggieque launch creatives. The spoof film posters were a fun way of making the vegetables the hero, in a predominantly non vegetarian consumer driven restaurant.

Treadmill
Poster for an Indian ensemble's production " Treadmill". The play revolved around the protagonist's journey from a small town to the big city and the numerous elements of the bustling metropolis which eventually starts shaping his identity, that itself results in a conflict between his past and his present way of life.
The play after enjoying a successful run had returned for a second stint and was staged in other cities as well .

Botokeshto..!!
This is Botokeshto..one of the many numerous characters that keeps squiggling out of my head,
Botokeshto lives in Shyambazar one of the last of the decadent era of Businessmen , he has made most of
his money by smuggling narcotics inside bananas to Latin American Nations. Behind is Sir Edward Idur his legal adviser. Botokeshto is of Bengali Parentage but his roots of his mother Komola-bai the noted nautch girls of Shyambazar is slightly blurred..More of Botokeshto's life-story to come ..will keep you all posted
This is Botokeshto's old man , a quintessential smuggler himself .His operations although were quite local compared to his son's global exploits. But he did provide Botokeshto the genes and the resources to flourish..

The Breakfast..
The Breakfast poster featuring the Egg and the Bread is the first in a series of posters which would be defining a campaign for certain innovation driven products in the development centre of my department. The first one being the initial draft meanwhile the second one is the final poster.
The content in the poster basically attempts to initiate a discussion in the next level of money transfer.
Setting the context and conceptualising the poster was fun and after several iterations this was the final design.
